CHUN-POK “ROGER” LEUNG

Mr. Leung provides client counseling in intellectual property matters including patent strategy and portfolio management.  As a former partner at a large law firm, he managed a team of attorneys and paralegals to maintain a portfolio of over 700 patent matters for a large client.  He has prepared hundreds of patent applications and has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications to issuance in the mechanical and electrical arts.  He has handled dozens of trademark matters.  Mr. Leung spent about two years as in-house counsel for a major medical device company.  Prior to law school, he was a research engineer at a large research institute.
